Story Time: What I’ll Miss About the US (beauty-wise)

My departure date is quickly approaching, and I’m getting nervous and excited at the same time. I started thinking about what I am going to miss about the U.S. in terms of beauty products and stores, and I realized that there is quite a lot that I am going to miss.

1. Almay and Physician’s Formula
I’ve been browsing different stores and I found that Almay and Physician’s Formula products are not available in the UK. I should be okay with eyeshadow as I’m going to take my Stila In the Light palette as my only eyeshadow… but what if I need a new eyeliner or mascara?! What if they release something new?! I will definitely miss seeing this stuff in the stores.

2. Bath and Body Works
If you haven’t noticed, I love Bath and Body Works. I review a lot of their products, and I consider myself pretty knowledgeable about everything BBW does. I will miss shopping their new scents. However, my mom is just a phone call away, and I can always order stuff to have waiting for me when I return.

3. Walmart’s prices
You can’t find a deal anywhere like you can in Walmart. I will definitely miss the rows and rows of beauty products at great prices. Instead, I’ll have to pay a little more (but it won’t really be more because I plan on buying stuff you can’t get here in the States… so I won’t have anything to compare it to :P)

4. Coupons!
I love the weekly coupon books! I think it so much fun searching for good deals. πŸ™‚

So yeah, that it what I am going to miss beauty-wise. I know that there are lots of brands and stores to discover in England, so I’m not too terribly sad. I can’t wait to try out stuff from Max Factor, Soap and Glory, Bourjois, Collection, all of it!! πŸ™‚

I’m not affiliated with any brand or product mentioned. All opinions are my own. I’m not getting paid for this post.
